The Trio Candle Collection by Joyem is avaliable as a pack of three 9cl Votive Candles in our choice of signature fragrances… we’ll hand craft three of our most popular seasonal fragrances for you to sample with each votive. These elegant 9cl Single Wick Candles gives you approximately 50 hours worth of blissful, scent filled burn time (combined) – we use only the finest quality, vegan friendly, organic Coconut Wax in all of our candles. Our wicks are made using reinforced ring spun cotton with a natural wax coating, to assist a consistent and even burn. Please follow our candle care guidance which is included in your order to maximise the product life and effectiveness.
Our Coconut Wax contains no additives and is 100% natural, kosher, vegan and cruelty free! It has a low melting point which ensures an even and clean burn.
Please Note: As organic Coconut Wax wax has a very low melt point, it may soften in hot conditions.

Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. All items are sent by Royal Mail.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 09:00 until 18:00. We are always very happy to answer your queries about any of the items on web site or availability of products not listed too – please feel free to email us at welcome@joyem.co.uk
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone for our return instructions.

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock.
