These carefully handmade ornamental Elephants are the perfect addition to any home or garden. They are Fair Trade and handmade by Indian artisans before being carefully slected for Joyems range. The products are cast, then rough polished and enamelled before being beautifully finished with a smooth polish.
Every one of these items is individually made to the very highest quality with a hand finished colour enamel. Each beautiful product comes with a Joyem card explaining the spiritual meaning behind the elephant.

Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. All items are sent by Royal Mail.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 09:00 until 18:00. We are always very happy to answer your queries about any of the items on web site or availability of products not listed too – please feel free to email us at welcome@joyem.co.uk
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone for our return instructions.

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock.
