Our carefully selected Natural Wood homeware range includes some of the finest products for complementing your home… this special range are all imported for Joyem from the Bali province of Indonesia. Each item hand crafted by their family run organisation offering the local people with an invaluable source of income from their beautifully made products. All natural and sustainable, the recycled glass is hand poured whilst hot onto the wood leaving a perfectly finished final product, furthermore, with each one being truly unique – a true conversation starter.
These beautiful molten glass pieces bring the best of two worlds together: natural and man-made; earthy and chic; practical and spiritual.
Please note: That due to the handmade nature of this product, there can be small imperfections in the glass such as small bubbles, light scratches. Sizes and designs may vary slightly.

Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. All items are sent by Royal Mail.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 09:00 until 18:00. We are always very happy to answer your queries about any of the items on web site or availability of products not listed too – please feel free to email us at welcome@joyem.co.uk
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone for our return instructions.

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock.
