The Joyem Signature Reed Diffuser is available in Traditional Clear, White or Black, with your choice of coordinating reeds and vessel cap meaning you can tailor your Joyem Diffuser to match decor or simply personal preference. All of our diffusers are handmade by Jo at our Courtyard Boutique within the grounds of the blissful Middleton Hall & Gardens… using only the Highest Quality, Vegan Friendly Oils.
Our 100ml Reed Diffuser is perfectly balanced to ensure the fragrance lasts down to the last drop. The Joyem Signature Reed Diffusers are long lasting, on average they last up to 6 months, however, this can vary dependent on both the ambient temperature of your room and direct sunlight.
Black Orchid – This fragrance is luxurious & sensual. A heart of Orchid & Lotus wood, with top notes of Ylang Ylang, Bergamot & Truffle. Soulful base notes of Vanilla, Sandalwood, Vetiver & tempting Dark Chocolate complete this fragrance. Luxury never smelt so good.

Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. All items are sent by Royal Mail.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 09:00 until 18:00. We are always very happy to answer your queries about any of the items on web site or availability of products not listed too – please feel free to email us at welcome@joyem.co.uk
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone for our return instructions.

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock.
