Using your Joyem Wax Melts?
Place one of the wax melts into the dish of your wax burner, our Wax Melts can be used with either the traditional candle or electronic burners… then allow the wax to melt from the heat and fill your room with your chosen scent. Each fragrance burn time varies depending on its strength, however, we recommend changing your shell after two to three burns.
African Coast African Coast is an intoxicating blend of Oriental Spices and Musk. \nWe’ve taken Citrus from Lemon essential oils that entwine with calming Bergamot and guide your senses to middle notes of Jasmine, White Lily, Tuberose, and an Earthy Moss that rests on a bed of Ginger.

Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. All items are sent by Royal Mail.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 09:00 until 18:00. We are always very happy to answer your queries about any of the items on web site or availability of products not listed too – please feel free to email us at welcome@joyem.co.uk
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone for our return instructions.

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock.
